Slotted rotors allow hot gases to dissipate quicker than stock rotors, reducing brake fade and glazing, major causes of decreased brake performance. Slotted rotors, since they run cooler, are less susceptible to warping, which can cause vibration, squeaking, and premature and/or uneven brake wear. Rotora's discs are machined to minimal thickness without jeopardizing disc strength.
