Available in cross-drilled, slotted, or cross-drilled and slotted pattern, Rotora's performance brake discs exceed all vehicle manufacturers' specifications to ensure maximum heat and gas dissipation for greater stopping power and minimize cracking caused by repeated, high-stress, high-temperature braking. Slotted rotors allow hot gases to dissipate quicker than stock rotors, reducing brake fade and glazing, major causes of decreased brake performance. Slotted rotors, since they run cooler, are less susceptible to warping, which can cause vibration, squeaking, and premature and/or uneven brake wear. Rotora's discs are machined to minimal thickness without jeopardizing disc strength. Slotted discs have a large active surface area and provide increased performance both in wet weather and in the heat.
