This muffler is designed with a 5inch x 12inch case with a 28inch case length for maximum case volume and efficiency. This new muffler incorporates a 3 1/2inch internal design for improved flow characteristics in heavy duty towing applications and is ideally suited for gas, diesel truck, and motorhome applications. Mild To Moderately Deep Exterior Exhaust Tone Increased Case Volume For Reduced Backpressure, Added Performance and Torque Fully Welded Case With No Packing To Burn Out! 16 Gauge Aluminized Steel Construction! HP & Torque: 5% Increase Typical Installation: This muffler is intended for use on vehicles such as Chevy/GMC 2500HD or 3500 series trucks with the 6.0L and 8.1L engines. Fabrication will be required. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to have this part installed.
